Meal structure

Each Lite meal is designed to be complete and satisfying on its own. Depending on your chosen meal time, you'll receive:

  • Breakfast: A hearty South Indian breakfast like idli-sambar, dosa, or upma with chutney. Approximately 400-500 calories.
  • Lunch: Rice with sambar or dal, a vegetable side, pickle, and papad. Approximately 600-700 calories.
  • Dinner: Roti or rice with dal, a vegetable curry, and accompaniments. Approximately 500-600 calories.
