What areas does Myna Kitchen deliver to?
We deliver across the entire OMR (Old Mahabalipuram Road) IT corridor in Chennai, from Velachery in the north to Siruseri and Padur in the south. This includes residential neighborhoods like Thoraipakkam, Perungudi, Sholinganallur, Karapakkam, and Navalur, along with major tech parks and apartment communities along the route.
What are your delivery timings?
Breakfast is delivered between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM, lunch between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM, and dinner between 7:00 PM and 8:45 PM. You can track every delivery live directly in the Myna Kitchen app once the order is out for delivery.
Can I get delivery to my office?
Yes. We deliver directly to offices and major tech parks including Tidel Park, DLF IT Park, Ascendas IT Park, RMZ Millenia, SP Infocity, Olympia Tech Park, and other workplaces along OMR. Our delivery partners are familiar with security and entry protocols at these locations.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, we deliver 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. Any rare service pauses are communicated in advance through the app. Weekend menus may also include special or rotating dishes.
What if my area is not listed?
We’re actively expanding our service coverage. If your location is within approximately a 10 km radius of the OMR corridor, there’s a good chance we can serve you. You can submit a request through our contact page or community forum, and we’ll check feasibility and notify you once your area is onboarded.
Is there a minimum order or delivery charge?
There is currently no delivery charge for subscribed customers. Delivery is included in all our meal plans. Please note that delivery fee policies may change in the future and can vary based on location or operational requirements. Any such changes will always be communicated transparently through the app.
